This policy explains what this site collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Who runs this site

Trips To Dublin is operated by Samer Alqaisi as part of the Trips To The World network. For any question about this policy, write to [email protected].

What is collected

Server logs — IP address, page requested, time, referring page and user-agent, used to keep the site running and investigate abuse, retained for a limited period.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4 may be used to understand which pages are read. It sets cookies and reports aggregated usage with truncated IP addresses, and is only loaded after consent where consent is legally required. Opt out with Google’s browser add-on.

Advertising — Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits. Control this at Google’s Ads Settings or opt out of vendor cookies at aboutads.info. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland see a consent message from a Google-certified platform first, and that choice can be changed with the Cookie Settings control in the footer.

The contact form collects the name, email and message you enter and sends them by email. It is not added to a mailing list and not shared.

Affiliate links to hotel and flight search carry an identifier. Those services set their own cookies under their own policies and this site does not receive your booking details.

What is not collected

No accounts, no logins, no newsletter, and no data sold to anyone for any purpose.

Third parties

Google (Analytics, AdSense, Fonts, consent), Travelpayouts and Booking.com, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap, YouTube in no-cookie mode, and SMTP2GO for contact form email. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

The site sets none of its own. Those present come from the third parties above. Blocking them will not break anything here.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. As this site is operated from Ireland, the Data Protection Commission is the relevant supervisory authority and you may complain to it.

To exercise any of these, write to [email protected].

Children

Not directed at children under 13 and no knowing collection of their data.

Changes

Any material change will be reflected in the date above.
